Letscape lets you leave your reviews after your issues are fixed! You can go into the partner's profile and submit a review of your satisfaction with the services provided.

How do I report scammy or fraudulent Letscape Partner's?
Letscape aims to provide the experience partners from their field to do the jobs, so we understand if you have some concerns about the credibility of some profiles. If you witness or experience a suspicious encounter, share it with us so that we can continue providing a safe and secured platform for everyone.
If there are misconduct from the partner we will take serious action for code of conduct towards our partners if finds guilty.
How to delete my Letscape account?

Why couldn’t I access my account?

How can I change the request for services?
If you wish to change your requests for the services, kindly contact the service provider and select “Edit / Cancel” request in the chat section. Kindly note that changes requested are subject to approval by our partners themselves.

If you wish to cancel your appointment for any booked services, kindly contact the service provider and select “Edit / Cancel” request in the chat section. Kindly note that changes requested are subject to approval by our partners themselves.
How can we guarantee services or do we guarantee services?
At Letscape, we wish to provide all of our users with a pleasant experience from start to finish – every time. As for now, we are unable to provide a guarantee and insurance for all of the services provided. Even so, we highly suggest users to cancel the order and find new partners from the nearest location to do the jobs. Nevertheless, we also suggest reviewing partners profile for review and past work to improve their accountability. Letscape filters the partners from time to time to ensure that only trustworthy and qualified service providers with good rating are listed on the platform. We always want to provide the best to our users.
How do I find or get an mowers partners in Letscape?
(Important) Make sure to turn on your “Location” before exploring the services.
Pick
Choose whatever service that you want at Letscape. Browse through our nearest partners from your location and choose the partners with good reviews and rating.
Plan
Schedule your booking date and time and the placed you wanted to mow or etc. Please ensure to take the pictures of the lawn so that we can proceed with estimation price.
Pay
We will give the estimation price directly right from the areas you provided and type of terrain. Then our partners will confirmed the price by looking at the points area size and type of terrain and let you know the finalised price. Please ensure that any other services other than what you ask is subjected to be extra charged from our partner.
How do I chat with Letscape partners?
Choose and browse the list of experts that match with your needs and click on the ‘“Chat with Provider” tab to send messages for the services.
Can I request multiple services at the same time?
Yes. Users are allowed to have choose multiple services at the same time as long as the partners is listed to do the service too. Letscape offers a variety of services including Mowing, Cutting tress, Water Jet Cleaning and many more soon.
How does Letscape collect, use and protect user/partners data?
While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, we may collect, with your prior permission:
-Information regarding your location
-Information from your Device’s phone book (contacts list)
-Pictures and other information from your Device’s camera and photo library
-We use this information to provide features of our service, to improve and customize our service.The information may be uploaded to the Company’s servers and/or a service Provider’s server or it be simply stored on Your device.
-Service Providers have access to Your Personal Data only to perform their tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Is Letscape available in Malaysia only?
At the moment, Letscape is only available in Malaysia – focusing more towards the Kuching, Samarahan and Serian District areas, located at Sarawak. Even so, we are gradually expanding as we speak. We wish to cover a larger area within Malaysia in the very near future.

By using or accessing the service in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent that we will collect, use, and share your information in the following ways. Once you use the Letscape System, you agree to the sharing of your personal data, which is solely kept for the use of the system.

As is true of most systems, we gather certain information (such as mobile provider, operating system, etc.) automatically and store it in log files. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, administer the Letscape System, track users' movements, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may link some of this automatically collected data to certain Personally Identifiable Information.
PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
If you are a user, when you register with us via our Letscape System, we will ask you for some personally identifiable information, such as your full name, phone number, email address, billing address, and payment information. You may review and update this personally identifiable information in your profile by logging in and editing such information on your dashboard. If you decide to delete all of your information, we may cancel your account. However, we may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for reasonable business purposes.
Due to the nature of the service, except to assist users with certain limited technical problems or as otherwise legally compelled, we will not access any of the content that you upload to the service.
Some Personally Identifiable Information may also be provided to intermediaries and third parties who assist us with the service, but they may only use such information to help us provide the service. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not rent or sell your Personally Identifiable Information to third parties.
